
Meet Eric
I'm a fractional head of marketing and AI enablement, focused on building marketing that drives meaningful growth and AI that becomes part of how teams work. Over the past 20+ years I've guided brands and workforces through various shifts, from the first waves of digital, to social media and mobile, and now today's AI transformation.
My work currently sits at the intersection of marketing and AI, working closely with founders and senior leaders to design strategies that align with their vision and values.
I create marketing strategies grounded in insights and research, and then lead the work to bring them to life –executing through impactful campaigns across the funnel that expand brand reach and generate demand, scale product adoption and drive revenue growth.
I also work with companies and teams to accelerate AI adoption across every business function – focusing on training, change management and proven playbooks, with a human-centric approach that builds confidence and sets people up for success. My approach is grounded in both formal AI practitioner education and experience.

Beyond the work
I'm a proud Canadian, husband and dad. I'm based in Toronto and am from Vancouver originally – I consider myself to be a west coaster at heart!
Some of my best inspiration and ideas come when I'm playing outside. I'm an avid skier and runner, and have completed five marathons. I also regularly compete in trail races.
